Do I need sales experience to apply?
You need real outbound experience — cold calling, email prospecting, or SDR work. No fleet or telematics experience needed. Prometheus provides product training, call scripts, and objection handling. If you can get fleet owners on the phone and qualify them, we give you everything else.
How does the commission split work exactly?
When you work a lead and your assigned agent closes it, you earn 30% of the agent's commission. Example: agent earns $5,500 → you earn $1,650. If you close the deal yourself directly, you earn 70% — $3,850 on that same deal. You choose the close type in your portal when you submit the handoff.
How many agents can I work with?
No hard cap. You're assigned to agents by the Prometheus admin team. As you prove activity and conversion rate, you can be assigned to more. The portal auto-distributes leads evenly across all your agents when you set your daily target.
What does the portal give me access to?
My Queue (daily leads), AI Pipeline, Activity Wizard, Follow-up Manager, Proposal Builder, Commission Calculator, Conversations (SMS/email), and full commission tracking. You get a dedicated Twilio phone number provisioned automatically on day one.
Is there any cost to join?
